This position offers approximately 20 to 35 hours per week.

Job Description:

BeeGraphix is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Fulfillment team. This role is essential to the success of our production and delivery workflow, ensuring every order that leaves our facility meets our brand’s quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating our systems to manage both incoming and outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities:

Shipping

- Prepare and process outgoing UPS and USPS shipments.

- Print shipping labels using our shipping software.

- Verify customer orders before they leave our facility.

- Package products neatly and professionally.

Receiving

- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities.

- Count, organize, and check in inventory.

- Sort garments and products for production.

Quality Control

- Inspect finished apparel and promotional products.

- Verify garment styles, sizes, colors, and quantities.

- Ensure every order meets BeeGraphix quality standards.

Organization

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Keep customer orders separated and clearly identified.

- Help maintain an efficient workflow throughout the department.

Teamwork

- Assist other production departments when needed.

- Help during seasonal rushes.

- Perform other duties that support the success of the Bee Team.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

Strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using a computer and learning new software.

Organized and able to multitask.

Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the day.

Shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required. We'll train the right person.

Everyone (after you have been here 90 days - 6 months) is eligible for some type of bonus. Depending on your position – commissions or production pool money. Everyone gets a piece of the action.
