Job Description:

BeeGraphix is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Fulfillment team. This role is essential to the success of our production and delivery workflow, ensuring every order that leaves our facility meets our brand’s quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating our systems to manage both incoming and outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities:

Garment Knowledge -

Maintain a working understanding of commonly used garment types and color names to ensure accuracy in orders.

Shipping Operations -

Process outgoing shipments via UPS and USPS, both domestic and international, using multiple shipping management platforms.

Order Processing within on online store platform -

Navigate platform confidently to complete, update, and troubleshoot orders as needed.

Receiving & Inventory Management -

Use internal BeeGraphix paperwork to accurately count, check in, and log received orders. Pre-sort and sort incoming online store orders based on production workflow.

Quality Control -

Inspect all outgoing orders to ensure they meet company quality standards, including correct garments, color accuracy, and order completeness.

Workflow Management -

Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time wisely to meet deadlines and keep projects moving.

Organization & Cleanliness -

Keep individual workspaces clean and orders clearly separated. Fold garments neatly and maintain attention to detail to avoid mix-ups.

Cross-Department Collaboration -

Receive basic training in related departments and assist with other areas of production during high-volume times.

Other Duties as Assigned -

Perform miscellaneous tasks or responsibilities that support the broader fulfillment team and company goals.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with ShipStation and Online Store Platforms (or ability to learn quickly)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow written documentation and production paperwork

Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with web-based order systems

Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse fulfillment preferred but not required

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, production-focused environment

Requires standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and repetitive tasks
