Key Responsibilities -

What You'll Do:

-Operate professional heat press equipment

-Apply DTF transfers, vinyl, patches, and specialty graphics

-Decorate shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and team apparel

-Prep garments and organize production runs

-Fold, package, and prepare orders for shipment

-Help maintain quality and production speed

-Work alongside a fast-moving production team

Full-time, on-site role in our production facility (Fredericktown, PA).

Everyone (after you have been here 90 days - 6 months) is eligible for some type of bonus. Depending on your position – commissions or production pool money. Everyone gets a piece of the action.
