Location: 504 Front Street, Fredericktown, PA 15333
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
*Overtime is available in busy seasons
Responsibilities:
Completing Orders & Invoicing: Take charge of order completion and invoicing tasks with precision and efficiency
Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, both in-person and over the phone. Your warmth and professionalism will set the tone for their experience.
Order Status Management: Utilize our system to locate orders and provide status updates to customers promptly.
Problem Resolution: Handle any customer issues that may arise with care and efficiency.
Varsity Jacket Assistance: Size and price jackets for customers ensuring they leave satisfied with their selecetions.
Phone Etiquette: Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Administrative Support: Assist with reviewing voicemails, managing inquiries about online orders, and creating responses to common questions.
Skills Needed:
Excellent at managing calls and voicemails.
Quick to learn our phone system and order management software.
Handle queries about our online stores effectively.
Stay on top of social media messages and respond swiftly.

39 hour work week and we pay you for 40.

There are some “extra” vacation days given usually around the holidays.

EARLY OUT FRIDAYS – regular quitting time is 1:30 PM on Fridays.
Everyone (after you have been here 90 days -6 months) is eligible for some type of bonus. Depending on your position – commissions or production pool money. Everyone gets a piece of the action.
Hourly pay will be discussed during the interview process.
