- Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our production team. This position will “float” between our heat press and print room, helping to keep both areas running smoothly. You’ll play an essential role in making sure apparel is produced accurately, efficiently, and with the quality our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

Heat Press Department:

- Operate and maintain heat press equipment to produce custom garments.

- Follow work orders carefully to ensure designs are applied correctly and consistently.

- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before final packaging.

- Lift and move boxes of blank apparel and finished goods (up to 40 lbs).

- Assist with organizing and staging production materials.

Print Room:

- Keep printers running smoothly, monitoring output and ensuring consistent print quality.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.

- Cut printed transfers and accurately match them with corresponding orders.

- Help maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

- Dependable and punctual team player.

- Prior production, printing or warehouse experience a plus, but not required (we’ll train!).

Full-time, on-site role in our production facility (Fredericktown, PA).
