- Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Description:

BeeGraphix is hiring a Lead Embroidery Operator to take ownership of our embroidery production. This role is responsible for running machines, maintaining quality, and helping lead the embroidery workflow day to day.

Key Responsibilities

Heat Press Department:

- Operate and manage commercial embroidery machines

- Set up jobs, hoop garments, and load designs

- Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency

- Troubleshoot machine or production issues

- Keep jobs on schedule and organized

- Assist in training and guiding team members

- Help maintain equipment and manage supplies

Qualifications:

- Embroidery experience required (commercial preferred)

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple jobs

- Reliable and proactive work ethic

- Leadership mindset

Work Environment:

Full-time, on-site role in our production facility (Fredericktown, PA).
