This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signing ("Effective Date") by and between BeeGraphix ("Provider") and the participating organization or individual ("Organization").

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which the Organization will participate in the BeeGraphix Fan Fundraising Program, including the requirement to use BeeGraphix for all custom t-shirt printing.

2. Program Participation & Payment
(a) Organization agrees to use BeeGraphix as the sole provider for all t-shirts associated with the Fan Fundraising Program.
(b) Organization agrees to pay BeeGraphix a participation fee of $60 per participant (for groups with 10+ participants) or $80 per participant (for groups with fewer than 10 participants).

(c) Organization agrees to pay BeeGraphix the $25 late fee if participants submit entries after the cutoff date.

(d) Organization agrees to pay BeeGraphix $15 per each revision made after design approval.
(e) Payment for all participants must be made before the design approval process begins.

3. Fundraising Commitment
(a) Organization acknowledges that it will collect funds from fans and supporters on behalf of participants.
(b) Organization agrees that all t-shirts, including those with fan names, will be printed exclusively by BeeGraphix.

4. Order & Delivery Process
(a) Upon receipt of the participation fee, BeeGraphix will create and provide t-shirt proofs for approval.
(b) Once approved, orders will be processed and shipped within the agreed timeline (typically 5-7 business days).

5. Breach of Agreement
(a) If the Organization collects fan contributions and does not remit the required participation fee or attempts to print t-shirts elsewhere, BeeGraphix reserves the right to seek legal recourse for damages.
(b) Any breach of this Agreement may result in the Organization being barred from future participation in BeeGraphix fundraising programs.

6. Miscellaneous
(a) This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which BeeGraphix operates.
(b) Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation before legal action is pursued.
(c) This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
