Each participant will be responsible for finding their own fans, making sure names to be displayed on tee are spelled correctly, and collecting money from their biggest fans.
Money from each participant is turned into the Group Organizer.
BeeGraphix will total the cost owed and send one invoice to the Group Organizer.
BeeGraphix will provide each group with a unique online form to share with the participants. This form will be used to gather the participants fan list and number of shirts sold.
*Each participant is in charge of entering accurate information before the submission date. (If submitted after agreed upon date, late fees may apply).
You will have a start date & submission date for your Fan Fundraiser. *LATE SUBMISSIONS will incur a $25 late submission fee.
It is up to the participant to review all spelling of their fans upon submission. BeeGraphix must be notified within 24 hours after submission with any corrections. Changes requested after the 24 hour mark may incur a $15 late fee per change.
Shirts cannot be changed once they move to production.
Shirts will be printed and packaged individually for each participant's order. BeeGraphix will ship all shirts to the Group Organizer to distribute to the participants.
Participants are responsible for distributing the shirts to their fans.
Start by making a list of your biggest fans! We suggest each participant getting at least 10, but 30 is the goal to fill the shirt!
Tag your fans as they commit. People love to engage online!
Collect donations along with shirt sizes! Youth Small - 3XL is available.
Collect an addition $5 for 2XL & UP!
Note how your fan would their name displayed on the back of the shirt! (Could be an individual or business). There is a 30 character limit per fan.

Each participant will submit their fan list and additional shirts sold through an online form provided to the group organizer from BeeGraphix!
Each participant is responsible for collecting payments from their top fans ($20 each) and for additional shirts ($25-$30 for t-shirts) VIA CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or other methods that work best for your group. The organization determines how to gather these payments. We provide a single invoice to the organization for the total amount owed to us. How you manage or distribute your funds is entirely up to you!
Depending on the size of your group, we take 7-10 business days to process and ship your order!
