Participant Vs Fan - What's the difference?

Participants are the people who are part of the group that are raising funds (EX, Athletes, Members, Etc.)

Fans are the people paying $20 to go on the back of the participant's shirt! (EX. Friends, family, bussinesses, etc).

How does my team/organization raise money?

Each participant will get 30 of their biggest fans to contribute $20 each to have their name proudly displayed on the back of the participant's fan tee.

Plus, sell additional shirts and keep 30% of the profit!

How much does it cost?

The participant fee is $60 per person for groups with 10 or more, and $80 per person for groups with fewer than 10 participants.

This fee includes set up of each participant, the cost of their own T-Shirt, plus packaged and shipped shirts.

How do I collect money?

Each participant is responsible for collecting payments from their top fans ($20 each) and for additional shirts ($25-$30 for t-shirts) VIA CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or other methods that work best for your group.

The organization determines how to gather these payments.

We provide a single invoice to the organization for the total amount owed to us. How you manage or distribute your funds is entirely up to you!

Does this have to be a group fundraiser?

Absolutely not! If you are an individual looking to raise money this fundraiser can work for you too.

When will I get the shirts?

Depending on the size of your group, we take 7-10 business days to process and ship your order!

How do my fans receive their shirts?

Shirts will be printed and packaged individually for each participant's order. BeeGraphix will ship all shirts to the Group Organizer to distribute to the participants. The participant is in charge of getting shirts to their fans.

What goes on the back of the additional sold T-Shirts?

The participant's fan list will be printed on the back of all T-Shirts that they sold.

Can I chose the style/brand of T-Shirt?

All shirts will be printed on our standard 50/50 blend T-Shirt. The brand may vary based on the inventory that is available in the color shirt your group chooses.

How long does the fundraiser run?

This is a quick turn fundraiser! We will start your fundraiser on a Monday and it will run until the following Sunday.
